I joined EFU Life Window Takaful as a consultant in December 2015 with no prior experience in the field. I started my journey in this industry as a learner with the determination to grasp and succeed.
Gradually, I paved my path and achieved the seat of MDRT. The recipe to my success were the comfortable and professional environment provided by the organization and the extended support given by my supervisors.
My Motivation:
I found this industry to be a perfect fit for my career. My determination coupled with the never ending and tremendous guidance from my boss helped me to sail smoothly. The infrastructure provided to me was fabulous due to which I started discovering an innate desire to succeed.
My Message:
This industry enhances one’s moral values & accountability which are the key ingredients to building good relationships with your clients. Patience, professionalism and confidence are the key requirements of this profession. A balanced blend of all three will ensure that this profession will never leave us disappointed.
